Taking a break from the Northern California pictures for a few days. In the meantime, this is me framing a 16 x 20 Lightjet Matte print with a 24x36 inch Exeter Museum Mat.

Do you frame with metal and if you do do you buy it in pieces or cut it yourself, I have been thinking about trying to matt and frame my self to cut down on the huge cost by the framers in out area !!

Hey Bernie. I think this one would framed with an off-the-shelf bamboo frame from Aaron Brothers. I'm not really much for hands-on type of work so convenience is my top priority aside from cost.

You could try lightimpressionsdirect.com and see what they have if you want to create a frame by yourself.
